Samira is a model who lives in London but now she's retracing the footsteps her mother made 21 years ago when she fled Mogadishu, the capital of Somalia, possibly the most dangerous place in the world. It's a lawless place with no government, where civil war wages and where medieval style executions are commonplace. It's also a society where girls like Samira would be forced into the horrors of female genital mutilation.
